End User License Agreement (EULA)

This Agreement governs your installation and use of the SafePasswordLock Windows application (“Software”).

1. License

We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software for your personal or internal business use.

2. Restrictions

• No resale or redistribution without permission.
• No reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembly except as permitted by law.

3. Updates

Updates may be provided and are governed by this EULA unless a new license is included.

4. Privacy

The Software does not send generated passwords to us. The website may use analytics as described in our notices.

5. Termination

This Agreement ends if you breach it or if we discontinue the Software. Upon termination, uninstall the Software.

6. Disclaimer; Limitation

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS”; WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Israel where enforceable, otherwise by your country of residence.
